Scope of these terms

These draft terms describe use of the MANDATE website preview and browser-verification service. They are provided for review and are not an executed service agreement. Governing-law and dispute terms remain subject to confirmation before publication.

If you already have a signed pilot, order form, or commercial agreement, that agreement controls your service access, fees, processing terms, and any service commitments. This preview does not amend it or create a new subscription.

What the service does

MANDATE provides invisible browser verification for high-value web actions such as login, signup, and checkout. It analyzes browser environment and request-integrity evidence to support route-scoped decisions, without asking visitors to complete CAPTCHAs, puzzles, or a branded challenge.

This evidence does not establish whether a human is operating the browser. The service cannot guarantee that all abuse will be detected or that every legitimate request will be accepted. Keep your application’s authentication, authorization, and business validation in place.

Hosted verification cross-references opaque proof against live server-side state. Local verification is an emergency offline fallback and legacy compatibility tier. Features, SDK previews, and illustrative examples on this site are not evidence of public package availability or a deployment to your application.

Accounts and credentials

Use accurate account and organization information, and only act for an organization when authorized to do so. Protect your credentials, API keys, and administrative access. Keep service secrets out of browser code and public repositories.

Report suspected unauthorized access through the support channel in your existing agreement or pilot. Your organization is responsible for managing its users and permissions.

Your deployment responsibilities

Deploy the service only on applications you are authorized to operate. Begin with Observe mode, review grouped evidence and false positives, and confirm a rollback path before enabling enforcement on a high-value route.

You are responsible for your route policies and the access decisions your application makes. Provide appropriate privacy notices, identify a lawful basis, and obtain consent where required. Browser verification does not replace your obligations toward users, including accessibility and non-discrimination.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and within the permissions and limits of your agreement. Do not misuse another organization’s credentials, attempt unauthorized access to its information, interfere with service availability, or use the service to discriminate unlawfully or obstruct legitimate assistive technologies.

Any resale, redistribution, or use of MANDATE branding requires the rights granted by the applicable license or agreement. Security testing must remain within the authorization granted for that testing.

Data and intellectual property

You retain your rights in your applications, content, and data. Rights to third-party components remain with their owners under the applicable licenses. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of MANDATE software or branding.

Processing on a Customer’s behalf must be covered by the applicable written processing terms. This draft does not incorporate a data processing agreement that has not been provided. Availability, fees, and support

Pricing is not published on this preview, and no purchase or self-service plan is available here. Fees, usage limits, support targets, and any service-level commitments must be set out in your agreement.

Illustrative examples and SDK candidates may change. This preview provides no uptime guarantee, service-credit promise, or guarantee of protection against all automated abuse. Any warranty or liability terms must be established in the applicable agreement, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and ending service

Suspension, termination, notice periods, and treatment of outstanding fees or retained data are governed by your applicable agreement and law. Review those terms before relying on a pilot for a critical route, and maintain a documented rollback path.

Changes and contact

This review draft was updated September 16, 2026. A final version must establish its effective date and governing-law provisions before it becomes operative. It must also specify how material changes will be communicated.
